When your body detects a threat, such as a bacteria, virus, or injury, it releases white blood cells and immune cells to address the issue. c.       Choose Whole Grains: Opt for whole grains like brown rice, quinoa, and whole wheat over refined grains, which can trigger inflammation.

e.      Limit Processed Foods: Processed and sugary foods can promote inflammation. Decreasing your intake of these items can help manage inflammation.
